Gasthaus Eichler, a tradition since 1987 for great food and lodging, is nestled in downtown Winter Park, Colorado. Surrounded by an acre of land with trees and a stream, the Gasthaus Eichler offers 15 deluxe rooms for lodging.

Breakfast & Dinner
Room only and room with meal options are both available. House guests choosing breakfast are treated to a full service European breakfast including fresh pastries and breads, cereals, fruits, meats and cheeses, beverages and a daily hot entree. Dinner guests dine on Continental cuisine in Dezeley's, the main dining room with impeccable service. Tradition is the first thought that comes to mind by the classic attire worn by the staff. The Lounge features a vast selection of European beers, premium liquor and wines by the glass.
