Winter Park offers not only the most convenient retail locations in the area, but brings you shops that will complete your winter excursion. Shops are located at the base of Winter Park; West Portal Outfitters, Base Camp 9000, and Sunspot Mercantile at the top of the Zephyr lift. You will find your immediate needs like sunscreen, hats and gloves. At the base shops we carry skiwear, a larger selection of accessories, gift items, t-shirts and logowear.
Base Camp 9000
Located 9000 feet above sea level just steps off the slopes, next to West Portal Rentals at the base of Winter park, Base Camp has the largest selection of Witner Park logowear, T's, sweats and fleece at the mountain. Also, pick up other provisions like glasses, goggles, gloves, and sundries at the Camp. Open daily. 970.726.1636
The Mountain Adventure Center
A few feet from the Zephyr lift at the base of Winter Park in Zephyr Mountain Lodge, the MAC has all the gear skiers and riders will need to take on the mountain and more. Featuring name brand skiwear from North Face, Columbia, and the latest gear from Burton, Rossignol and K2. The MAC has ski accessories, t-shirts, sweatshirts and other unique souvenirs. Ski, Snowboard and Snow blade rental equipment is also available to complete your experience and of course overnight storage is included with the rental (a $5.00 value!). Sunspot Mercantile
Top of the mountain? Forget your sunscreen? Hands and toes cold? Just step out of your bindings and walk into The Lodge at Sunspot to find your convenient sundry and accessory shop right inside the front door. Open daily.
Mary Jane Shop
The only shop available for the love of Jane, this store serves up what you need to ride and slide Mad Mary. The Jane Shop will not only give you the look, but the items you can't find in the bottom of you ski bag, like sunscreen, water bottles, helmets, gloves and all that stuff. Want to try something different? We have a full line of skis, snowboards, snow blades and Telemark rentals. Need repairs? We can handle that too. You'll find us in the Mary Jane Center base lodge. Outfitters features a wide range of adult and children's skiwear. You'll find everything else you need to complete your ski or ride adventures from head to toe and a whole lot more. If you are looking for a special gift for the friends and family you left back home, you'll find unique items and logo t-shirts in abundance. West Portal Rentals & Repairs
Problems with your equipment? Need a little fine-tuning? Boots & Boards offers equipment repair and tuning services, ski pole & helmet sales, custom insoles, and other accessories. Total equipment failure? Rent the newest ski, snowboard and Telemark demos next door in the West Portal Rental shop at the base of Winter Park. After trying, buy your favorite equipment here. Winter Park Jr.
Want the latest cool stuff for your mogul mouse or snow snake? Stop in WP Junior located in West Portal Outfitters and fill your shopping bag with everything they need from thermal underwear to a cool new fleece jacket. If you're child is joining the rest of the gang in the Kids Adventure Junction, no need to look any further than the Winter Park Junior Cart parked right inside the Children's Center lobby. The Cart has all the necessities for your little ripper to be prepared to take on the mountain. WP Junior is open daily. 970.726.1666 and the Cart is open from 8:00 to 11:00 am daily.
