Guided Snowshoe Tours |
Try something different! This relaxing walk through the backcountry is perfect for non-skiers and first time snowshoers. The tour route travels off-the-beaten-path along wildlife game trails and summer mountain biking trails. Learn more about native plants and animals and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the forest. Tours include use of Redfeather snowshoes and a one-time lift pass on Gemini Express and a knowledgeable tour guide to lead your way.
Tours begin in late November and continue through the end of the season, conditions permitting.
Departs the Village:
10:30am daily & also 1:30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Self-Guided Snowshoe Hikes
If you're feeling adventurous and prefer to head out on your own path, Redfeather snowshoe rentals are available at Balcony House Guest Services located in the Balcony House at the base of Winter Park Resort. A self-guided trail map and list of nearby trail routes is also available.
Redfeather Snowshoe Rentals:
Half Day Rental: $15 per person (4 hours 8am-noon or noon to 4pm)
Full Day Rental: $19 per person
Where to Rent: The Guest Services Balcony House at the base of Winter Park Resort. Be sure to ask your rental agent for a copy of the self-guided trail recommendations!
