Fraser Crossing and Founders Point Provide Rental and Purchase Options Beginning December;
287 Convenient Parking Spaces Available in December 2007

WINTER PARK, COLO., WINTER 2007 / 2008 – Continuing to make progress with its new village core at the base of the resort, Winter Park Resort will unveil two new lodging developments, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe, as well as a village parking structure located steps from the base of the resort for the upcoming season.  Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe will be available for guests to rent or move into starting in December. The parking structure will open in early December, just in time for holiday arrivals. Both projects constitute Phase One of the resort's new village development, scheduled for completion for the 2008 / 2009 season. Other capital improvements for this season include the installation of the Panoramic Express, North America's highest high-speed six-person chairlift and the addition of 100 acres of enhanced terrain all valued at over $8 million.

"We are on track with this important expansion," said Gary DeFrange, president & chief operating officer for Winter Park Resort.  "Watching Phase One come together and take shape is a milestone in our plans for our new pedestrian village and brings energy to the base of Winter Park Resort."

A short walk to Winter Park Resort's village and lifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe provide turnkey ready accommodations and feature such amenities as access to an outdoor spa, fireplace and BBQ, in addition to underground parking, storage lockers, and high-speed internet.

Starting at $269,900, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios, one, two and three bedrooms units.  "Interest has been strong," continued DeFrange. "For guests interested in mountain living, there are still a limited number of units available for purchase."  Both lodging developments will be online and available to guests and homeowners starting in December.

The parking structure has 287 spaces on three levels for drop-off, short term, and day parking.  During the day, guests will pay to park for anything over 30 minutes and in the evening, parking will be free.

In addition to the completion of Fraser Crossing, Founders Pointe and the new village parking structure, core projects currently underway include new commercial space, residential units, a skating / fishing pond, open-aired gondola and the Fraser River restoration project slated to open for the 2008/ 2009 winter season.

The new Village at Winter Park Resort is scheduled to include approximately 1,500 residential units, 30,000 square feet of commercial space and $50 million in on-mountain improvements over a 10 year span.
