Winter Park Kids' Ski & Ride School Announces 2009/10 Programs and Pricing

"Just Because I'm Three" and New Lesson Times Improve Overall Guest Experience

Winter Park Resort, Winter Park, Colo., Winter 2009/10 – Built on a foundation of instilling young skiers and riders with the skills and experiences necessary to become lifelong participants, Winter Park Resort is excited to announce the 2009/2010 Kids' Ski & Ride School products and pricing.  New this year, Kids' daily lessons will now conveniently start at the same time as adult lessons at 9:30 a.m. 

Kids' Ski & Ride School: Registration for lessons is available from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. seven days a week at the Kids' Ski & Ride School. Advance reservations are also available and can now be fulfilled ahead of time at Winter Park Resort Rentals – Village, or Willie's Will Call, located on the ground floor of the West Portal Station. "Just Because I'm Three": Winter Park Resort understands the needs of even the littlest skier. "Just Because I'm Three" is a full day of activities and skiing specifically designed to get three-year-olds comfortable with their ski equipment while having fun in the snow.  Prices start at $99 per day. 

Kids' Ski & Ride Lessons (Skiers 4 and up, Snowboarders 6 and up):  For kids who are ready to spend the whole day on the slopes, Winter Park offers a huge mountain playground to explore. Each class groups kids together based on age and ability.  Our instructors will teach kids new skills whether they are beginners or double black diamond skiers or riders. Prices start at $99 per day.

Wee Willie's Child Care: Wee Willie's Child Care is a non-ski program for children two months through six years, offering youngsters indoor activities and outdoor play.  Lunch is available onsite. Open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Full day prices from $95 per day.
