Winter Park Resort will close for the season on Sunday, April 13. The season saw 381.2 inches to date, on-mountain capital enhancements of $8M, a new base village development and the opening of the highest chairlift in North America - the Panoramic Express - and two new trails.

Winter Park Resort will host the 2008 United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USSA) Rocky and Central J4 Junior Olympics March 18 - 22. Presented by X-Box 360, this four day event features the highest level of junior racing in the U.S. for the J4 age class (ages 11-13) and will be the first time most of these skiers will be competing at such an esteemed level.
