When you hold a destination wedding, you're asking something of your guests while at the same time wanting them to enjoy themselves. With your entire wedding celebration at Winter Park Mountain Lodge, you and your guests will move with ease from the start of the celebration on through to the last goodnight kiss.

The Shadow Mountain Ballroom boasts floor to ceiling windows and a wraparound deck that overlooks the natural grandeur of the Rocky Mountains. Winter Park Mountain Lodge is a perfect match between romance and function. Several banquet rooms are available to accommodate groups from 40 up to 220 depending on your needs. From beginning to end, experienced staff is there to make the details of your special day their mission.

* Winter Park Mountain Lodge can accommodate wedding groups of 50 to 80 guests for a wedding ceremony and reception in the Shadow Mountain Ballroom. The ballroom can partition off into three sections – section A would be set up for the ceremony; sections B/C would be set-up for the reception. If you anticipate more than 80 guests, please consider an off-site location for your ceremony at Winter Park Resort's venues: The Lodge at Sunspot or The Jane Lodge. The Shadow Mountain Ballroom can accommodate up to 220 guests for a wedding reception utilizing the entire ballroom space.
