Step 1: Submit a Request for Propoasl
Click here to fill out a Request for Proposal. You'll be asked to submit some information about the needs of your group such as travel dates, desired accommodations, and activities. When you are finished with the form, please fax it back to our Group Sales Coordinator. As soon as we receive your request, we'll check availability and prices.
STEP 2: Group Leader Presents Bid to Group
Many groups shop around, whether it is different resorts or different travel providers, so compare the rates and package components. Then come to a consensus of what would be best for your group.
STEP 3: Booking the Lodging
When a group package is to your liking, contact your Winter Park Group Sales Manager and request a lodging contract. We will contact the property of your choice and a group representative from the property will send you a lodging contract. Once the lodging contract is signed and returned, you will work directly with the property for all your group's lodging needs.
STEP 4: Group Activities
Once your lodging is booked, our Group Service Department will assist you in purchasing your group's activities, reserving meeting space, organizing a mountain meal, and providing you with information about activities offered in the valley.
