Located at the base of Winter Park Mountain is West Portal Station our largest facility, which offers rooms of various sizes suitable for casual meetings, receptions or meals. West Portal Station also offers an outside deck for barbeques in the summer. In the evening time, West Portal Station can be transformed into an elegant banquet location.

The Third Floor is popular for larger events, while the Moffat Room is popular for small private meetings. Outside deck barbecues are available in the summer. The Mary Jane Center is a popular location for summer weddings and receptions.

Located at the base of the Zephyr Lift at the bottom of Winter Park Mountain, the Balcony House offers two rooms available for meetings. Catering services are limited in the Balcony House, although snacks and beverage services are available.

Available in the summer season only, the Children's Center has 4 rooms with removable walls that when removed, open up into two large rooms. Great for meetings and seminars, the children's center is one of the more private facilities Winter Park Resort offers. Snack and beverage services are available in the Children's Center.

Both West Portal Station and the Mary Jane Center have outside decks that parties may wish to use for barbecues or social gatherings. Prices for using the decks do not include any special set-up. Special set-ups including tents, fencing or any additional equipment will be charged accordingly with a minimum charge of $500.

All special set-up or equipment requests must be made in advance.
Event/Room Deposits: A minimum deposit of $150 is required 10 days after the initial reservation is made to hold the meeting space. A 30-day cancellation policy applies. Cancellation requests made less than 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of full deposit. *Discounts available for multiple-day room usage with no set-up or A/V changes.
