Winter Park leases Wintersage, a 20 unit condominium complex, in Granby. It was built in 2000. Granby is approximately 20 miles from the ski area.

About the Units
The condos are three bedroom, two bath with a total of 4-6 employees per unit. They are just under 1100 square feet in size.

Price
The cost for your own bedroom is $395.00/month per person and $340.00/month per person for a shared room. This includes most utilities, trash pickup, and snow removal from the parking lot. Snow removal from the sidewalks is the responsibility of the tenants. Tenants may be required to pay a portion of the natural gas bill. Tenants are also responsible for arranging and paying for their own cable and phone. Each unit has its own washer and dryer.

About the Town
Granby has approximately 1,000 residents. It has various restaurants, shops, bars, a library and a small grocery store.

Transportation
The employee shuttle bus pickup and drop-off point is the parking lot in front of the complex. It is NOT serviced by the Winter Park /Fraser shuttle system.
