About the Units
The units are mini-suites with two beds in the bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The units at the Fireside are approximately 400 square feet in size. There are two employees per unit.

The cost is $250.00/month per person. This cost includes all utilities, such as electric, gas and water.
What's Included
There is a television with satellite dish reception in the common area. The common area also has a coin operated washer and dryer.

About the Town
Tabernash is a very small town with post office, and convenience store. Tabernash does not have any restaurants and the nearest activities are in Fraser (4 miles away).
Transportation
The Fireside is on the employee shuttle bus route. It is NOT serviced by the Winter Park/Fraser shuttle system.
