Bear Crossing is our newest property located in Grand Lake, This home is a 3 to 4 bedroom unit with 3.5 bathrooms. Bear Crossing also offers a private boat dock. In the SUMMER months you can utilize all 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is set over the garage appropriately named Little Bear. This room offers a sitting area with its own full bathroom and twin beds. Perfect for the grandparents or other guests in your party. In the WINTER months Little Bear is not available.  The other three bedrooms offer a King in the master and queens in the other two bedrooms. With a large living room with a wood burning fireplace Bear Crossing is the place where family memories are made. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake and Mount Baldy will be remembered for years to come. The home has all the amenities you are looking for. Sleeping up to 6 people in the winter and 8 in the Summer time. With its close proximity to town Bear Crossing is perfect for your entire group.
